1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk339.cam ("pk339", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk339 website located at https://pk339.cam and all associated content, features and services (collectively, the "Platform").

pk339 operates as an online gaming information and entertainment platform. The Platform provides information about casino games, sports betting markets, payment methods, bonuses and responsible gambling practices for informational purposes. Nothing on this Platform constitutes a direct invitation to gamble, nor does it constitute legal, financial or professional advice.

2 Definitions

3 Account Eligibility

To register for and use an Account on pk339, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction and applicable local law. pk339 strictly prohibits access by minors.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & Security

Registering an Account requires you to provide personal information including your name, a valid email address, date of birth, and a secure password. You must ensure all information is accurate at the time of submission and remains current throughout your use of the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk339 will never request your password through email, live chat, telephone or any other unsolicited channel.

You must notify pk339 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected security breach. pk339 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

We strongly recommend enabling two-step verification where available. This is especially important for users accessing the Platform over shared or public internet connections in cities such as Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad where public Wi-Fi use is common.

5 Platform Use & Acceptable Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following conduct standards at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, crawl, copy or reproduce any part of the Platform's content or systems without explicit written authorisation from pk339.
• You will not engage in any fraudulent activity, including creating false accounts, misrepresenting your identity or attempting to manipulate any game, odds or promotional system.
• You will not use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, viruses or any other harmful or disruptive code.
• You will not use automated bots, scripts or other technology to interact with the Platform without written consent.
• You will not act in any manner that is abusive, threatening or harassing towards pk339 staff, other users or third parties associated with the Platform.
• You acknowledge that all gambling involves inherent financial risk and that pk339 makes no representations about likely or guaranteed outcomes of any game or wager.

pk339 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, with or without prior notice, and to report such activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed by the operator through its designated cashier. pk339 does not process, hold or transfer funds on behalf of users and accepts no liability for transaction delays, failures or disputes between users and payment providers.

Familiar domestic payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for context only. None of these payment providers have endorsed, authorised or agreed to support gambling transactions on behalf of pk339 or any operator. Users must independently verify which payment methods are available and accepted in the operator's live cashier before making a deposit.

The following general conditions apply to financial transactions on the Platform:

• All amounts are denominated in PKR unless the operator specifies otherwise in their cashier terms.

• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any manner that competes with pk339's business interests.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary rights notices contained in the Content.

Third-party brand names referenced on the Platform — including payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports organisations such as PCB, PSL and ICC — are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Reference to these brands does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or commercial relationship with pk339.

11 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk339 expressly disclaims all warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

pk339 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any information on the Platform is accurate, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Any illustrative figures — including RTP percentages, PKR bonus amounts, wagering examples or processing times — reflect the live terms offered by any specific operator.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pk339, its directors, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from gambling activity, reliance on Platform content or unauthorised access to your Account.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

pk339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including bonus abuse, money laundering or identity fraud.
• Submission of falsified KYC documentation.
• Under-age use or suspected under-age use of the Platform.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening or harmful to other users, staff or the integrity of the Platform.
• Compliance with applicable law, regulatory order or law-enforcement request.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not automatically cancel any pending transactions or active bonus wagering requirements. Any remaining bonus funds may be forfeited upon closure at the operator's discretion.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk339 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where a revision materially affects user rights or obligations, pk339 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform or via registered email address where practicable. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk339 is incorporated or primarily operates, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable national and provincial legislation. pk339 makes no representation that the Platform complies with Pakistani law, nor does it represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Users access the Platform at their own legal risk.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
